Our ‘Off-Plan” option allows you to select your interior and exterior finishes — such as cladding, roofing, joinery colour, flooring, interior colours, design and finishes for the kitchen, wardrobes, laundry, and storage areas.
On top of the add-on and upgrade choices available when building off-plan, our ‘Customise a Nook’ option includes: Consultation with an architect and sales team to formalise a brief; new floor plans of existing Nooks modified to suit you and your site; 3D model elevations and site locality plans.

We host an initial consultation meeting to understand your property & brief, then our architect works on creating the initial concept floor plan for your project.
Customisation may include increasing or decreasing the length and/or width of the Nook, moving internal walls and/or windows, adding additional windows, altering the layout, or changing the roof pitch.
Once the floor plan is approved, we then shift onto an 3D model elevation & site locality plan specific to your project.
Following on from the architectural concept stage we run through a design consultation process with our sales & design team to choose all of your internal and external finishes such as:
- Cladding
- Flooring
- Roofing style and colour
- Joinery colour and profile
- Tiles
- Tapware
- Kitchen design and finishes
- Laundry design and finishes
- Wardrobe design and finishes
- Storage design and finishes
- Bathroom design and finishes
- Upgrade items such as fireplaces, heating, skylights etc.
An option for anyone seeking the ultimate in tailored design to maximise views, natural light, positioning or to best suit your lifestyle. Our ‘Bespoke Option’ involves personalised brief-development sessions with our architect and sales teams to fully understand your design parameters. New plans and 3D model elevations and site locality plans will be developed following your brief and in collaboration with our team.
A bespoke design would still work with Nook’s modular and prefabricated ethos as well as follow our terms of transportation and connection detailing.

- 3D model elevation and site locality plan presented to client
- Second site visit to understand the plan in its context and make any design changes needed
- Finalise the revised floor plans and elevations
