Before participating, please review the terms and conditions below:

1. Campaign Overview

‍

1.1 Furniture Pack: Design Concepts Ltd will provide a Furniture Pack valued at $20,000 NZD to all lucky Nook Homes clients ("Winners"). Winners must have signed a short-form agreement with Nook Homes Ltd by the 16th December 2023 to be eligible for the Campaign and then go on to sign a long-form Agreement by the 30th Januuary 2024. Only applicable to 100m2 Nooks or larger.

1.2 Campaign Promotion: Both Nook Homes Ltd and Design Concepts Ltd will actively promote the campaign ("Campaign") through various channels, including email, social media advertising, and other agreed-upon platforms.

2. Campaign Duration

‍

The public Campaign will run from the 16th November 2023 until the 16th December 2023. With the extended long-form contract period running until 29th February 2024.

3. Competition Prize

Nook Homes Ltd will conduct the competition. Winners will need to have committed to building a Nook Home before the extended campaign period ends. Winners will choose furniture products from Design Concepts Ltd catalog adding up to a total retail price value of up to $20,000 NZD ("RRP") per winner. Specific items available for selection may vary, and they may not precisely match the set featured in campaign imagery.

4. Prize Collection

‍

4.1 Nook Homes Ltd will coordinate the collection of the prize furniture for the Winners, ensuring alignment with the client’s move-in date and once the final project invoice has been paid.

5. Additional Requirement: Short Form and Long Form Agreement

‍

5.1 The Winners must have signed a short-form agreement with Nook Homes Ltd by the 16th December 2023 to be eligible for the Campaign and then go on to sign a Long Form Agreement by the 30th Januuary 2024. A Short Form Agreement commits to the required on-site scoping requirements and Design Development work. A Long Form Agreement is the final commitment to go ahead with the developed design and build with Nook Homes.

6. Personal Information

6.1 Any personal information collected during the campaign will comply with New Zealand privacy laws.
