All of our Nooks are architecturally Inspired, & built with high quality, premium products. We can handle the full consent process for you, organise your transport to site and foundations. If you have difficult access, thats not a problem, we will work with you to find a solution to get your Nook onsite at the most cost effective way.

The Sanctuary Nook is a studio style prefab minor dwelling, inclusive of space bedroom and living space, full designer kitchen (floor to ceiling), and spacious bathroom.
Perfect for a guest room, property investment, airbnb, or extra space for the children to move out of home.
The full designer kitchen (floor to ceiling), includes a double cook top, black granite kitchen sink & designer tap ware, power pack/range hood, push to open cupboards, soft close drawers, an matte black bench top that is scratch, mark, & heat resistant.
The Sanctuary comes complete with plumbing & an electrical certificate of compliance, ready to be connected to your services.
Measuring 6.8m x 3.8m Overall. - Choose between 2.4m wide internally plus a deck space OR extend internal dimentions to 3.6m. Optional extension to 7.2m x 3.8m to include space for a laundry (price does vary slightly)

Add ons available include: Negative detailing, Shiplap, Cedar, or Larch Cladding, Concrete slab tile flooring, Wooden laminate flooring, & Tiled walk in showers with recessed shelving and LED lighting.

All Nook Homes can come with concrete flooring on both the interior and exterior deck. Concrete flooring is not only extremely hard wearing and long lasting, but it is modern and provides a powerful look with the negative detailing. We are the only transportable home company offering this an an option.

Our aim is to provide transportable homes and minor dwellings that feel luxury and modern & feature architectural design elements. Black negative detailing around the flooring, windows and doors is a beautiful add on.

The Retreat Nook comes with a large, luxury ensuite including a plywood vanity, in-wall toilet, black designer tap ware, large shower, complete with plumbing. Optional add ons such as a walk in tiled shower with a recessed shelf or custom built mirror cabinetry for additional storage.
